A stormtrooper is a fictional soldier in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. Introduced in Star Wars (1977), the stormtroopers are the main ground force of the Galactic Empire, under the leadership of Emperor Palpatine and his commanders, most notably Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin. In The Force Awakens (2015), the upgraded stormtroopers serve the First Order, under the leadership of Supreme Leader Snoke and his commanders, most notably Kylo Ren and General Hux.

The order of battle of the Stormtrooper Corps is unspecified in the Star Wars universe. They are known throughout the Galaxy for their high combat effectiveness, and due to their brutal and merciless tactics, have earned a harsh reputation throughout local star systems. Accompanying the Imperial Navy, Stormtroopers are able to be deployed swiftly and respond to states of civil unrest or insurrection, act as a planetary garrison, and police areas within the Galactic Empire. They are shown in collective groups of varying organizational sizes ranging from squads to legions and for some, their armor and training are modified for special operations and environments.

Carolyn Davidson the graphic designer best known for designing the Nike "swoosh" logo.

Davidson designed the swoosh in 1971 while a graphic design student at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. She started as a journalism major but switched to design after taking a design course to "fill an empty elective." Phil Knight, who was teaching an accounting class at the university, overheard Davidson say that she couldn't afford oil painting supplies and asked her to do some work for what was then Blue Ribbon Sports, Inc. Knight asked Davidson to design a shoe stripe logo that "had something to do with movement". She gave him five different designs, one of which was the "swoosh". Needing to choose a logo in order to meet looming production deadlines, Knight settled on the swoosh after rejecting four other designs by Davidson. At the time, he stated of the logo, "I don't love it, but it will grow on me." For her services, the company paid her $35, which, if adjusted for inflation for 2015, would be the value equivalent of about $205. Davidson continued working for Blue Ribbon Sports (it officially became Nike, Inc. in 1971) until the design demands of the growing company exceeded one person's capacity. In 1976, the company hired its first external advertising agency, John Brown and Partners, and Davidson went on to work on other clients' needs.

In September 1983, nearly three years after the company went public, Knight invited Davidson to a company lunch. There, he presented her with a diamond ring engraved with the Swoosh and an envelope filled with 500 shares of Nike stock (which have since split into more shares). Of the gift, Davidson says, "this was something rather special for Phil to do, because I originally billed him and he paid that invoice." Davidson went on to be known as "The Logo Lady". In 1995, Nike removed the word "Nike" from the logo; the "swoosh" now stands alone as the brand's logo.

Davidson retired in 2000, and now engages in hobbies and volunteer work, including weekly duties at the Ronald McDonald House at Legacy Emanuel Hospital & Health Center in Oregon.

Skull Shaver is an electronic shaving tool primarily used in the removal of skull & facial hair. It was first offered through Amazon in late December 2012. This is the first major design change since first electric razor was invented in 1982 by Col. Jacob Schick. In December 2013 it was substantially improved and designed for both men & women.

Necessity is the mother of invention truly applies to this invention of Skull Shaver. John Lyles, inventor of Skull Shaver began losing his hair at an early age. He decided to carry bald head which looks much cleaner and neater. He found himself spending half an hour or more shaving his head. That's when he came up with the first electric shaver that was capable of dry shaving of a head completely bald. Shape of this shaver is radically different to allow easy reach of all sides of a skull. Neel B. Kulshreshtha and John Lyles have been working on this project since 2010 and finally succeeded in producing this invention after multiple attempts and prototyping.

A fleece jacket or fleece is a lightweight casual jacket made of polyester synthetic wool such as Polar Fleece. A fleece jacket will typically have a zipper up the middle, rather than buttons or other fasteners. A fleece will provide thermal insulation but is not normally weatherproof and so won't keep out wind and rain.

Kinetic Sand is a three-dimensional building toy made of 98% sand and 2% polydimethylsiloxane (a type of silicone oil) that mimics the physical properties of wet sand. Kinetic Sand was originally designed for sculpting but is commonly sold as indoor play sand for children. In appearance it resembles light brown sugar. It can be molded, it sticks to itself but not to most other materials or surfaces, and it does not dry out.
